5. Production & Customisation
As products are custom-made:
- Clients are responsible for approving final designs, sizes, colours, and artwork.
- Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
- Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.
6. Lead Times
Production and delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to:

7. Delivery
Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
8. Returns & Cancellations
